Colourful Souls Bound Forever by a Slim..Line.

Slim were the chances of success when MAS decided at the beginning of the ’90’s to set up SLIMLINE, an apparel manufacturing unit in Pannala - a remote village in the district of Kurunegala.

Slim were the chances of success when a boss with an ocean of energy took charge of a crew as diverse as the ocean, to set sail on an unchartered new course.

Slim were the chances that a start-up apparel factory would soon become a great success and carry away the highest accolades and recognitions as a leader in apparel manufacturing the world over.

Slim were the chances that the villagers of Pannala accused of poverty - a crime they did not commit - were acquitted and crowned by ‘Slimline’ as kings and queens of their own village.

Slim were the chances that budding graduates and undergratuates, young marketers and production engineers, accountants and technicians , soldiers and athletes who rumbled and tumbled within a common arena will one day be bound by the band of humanity and oneness.

AND,

Slim were the chances that we had dreamt our own dreams quite unknowingly that we all had dreamt the same dream – to be Colourful Souls Bound Forever by a Slim..Line
