  1. Am I a fully fledged Member once I have registered?
  2. No, Once you have registered you will receive an email from the Association accepting your registration . Then you will have to log in to the site again to make an online payment after choosing a membership category as you wish .You become a MEMBER once your payment is successful.

  3. Are there any benefits for me in becoming a Member?
  4. We are looking at options to bring benefits to Members. However, this Association is primarily to assist our ex-colleagues who may face uncertain situations in the future due to sickness, natural disasters, etc. Further, Members will also provide each other non-financial assistance as stated under Objectives.

  5. What is the validity period of my membership once I have paid.?
  6. Except for Life membership, other 5 categories are valid for the financial year which ends on 31st of March of each year.

  7. Why are there 6 different categories of membership? Are there different benefits based on the category I select?
  8. Different categories are there allowing you to contribute more for the association if you wish. There are no differences in benefits .

  9. How does group communication on events and projects take place ?
  10. An email will be sent to the members of the group to update you with the latest events, and you may also receive additional notices via Paranakela Whatsapp group.

  11. I no longer live in Sri Lanka. Who can I contact for any details I would need regarding the association ?

    Association has appointed regional representatives to co-ordinate various events and activities for all Paranakela Group members living in their regions.
